l’evento inizia alle ore 11.00 di venerdì 19 e continua il 20, e il 21 Novembre.
Venerdì alle ore 19.00 ci sara un breve concerto lirico con protagonisti il soprano Azusa Kinashi, il baritono Alejandro Greene, e la pianista Maria Ines Marcandino.
L’evento è aperto tutto il weekend dalle 9.00 fino alle 21.00
I prodotti in esposizione sono di Cavalieri, Borsalino, Marcello Pioli Cashmere, Regali del Mare, Valentini, Swatch, Apple, Ottica Zambrelli, Danese Milano, Trollbeads, e Personal System.

At 9:30 this morning, our guests were greeted by Matteo, a professional chef, and spent the day learning how to cook like a native Parmesan! First, Matteo took the group to the local farmer’s market to buy the ingredients for the recipes they were planning to cook. With so many fresh and delicious ingredients to pick from, it was hard not to buy the entire market!
After food shopping, the guests entered our kitchen and were ready to prepare some of the most typical dishes from the area of Parma and the region of Emilia-Romanga: “Tortelli d’Erbetta” (Herb Ravioli) and “Tagliatelle con Ragu” (Long pasta with meat sauce), as well as other types of fresh pasta.
For dessert a nice tiramisu, in a martini glass! Keepin’ it classy!
After the cooking was finished, the group sat down to a nice lunch they cooked with the help of Matteo! Everyone really enjoyed their meals and after taking some notes from the lessons, they have the skills to make these typical Parmesan recipes from home!
We can’t wait to have another cooking lesson with our guests! They make great cooks
